When I heard that WOLO Kuala Lumpur was reinventing itself, I wanted to experience the hotel all over again! For years, it had been my favourite “affordable luxury hotel” in KL and I can tell you now, it has only gotten better! The rooms are now posh, not minimal. The dining options are top-notch with the penthouse occupied by the delightful Mr. Chew’s (my new fav fusion restaurant in KL!), which is open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch – AND – an exclusive Starbucks Reserve where the boulangerie once stood streetside. And it still sits on the most energetic corner in Bukit Bintang, walking distance to some of the city’s best shopping, bars, and restaurants.
