The Edison Penang is undoubtedly the city’s hottest new boutique hotel, located smack dab in the heart of Georgetown. Well, now they have added a special treat for guests that is traditionally reserved for the Executive Clubs of the big hotel brands, not small properties like The Edison. Every day from 18:00 – 19:00 they serve happy hour to guests, which includes free flowing wine and yummy snacks. And for guests who would rather sip their gourmet teas, well that’s okay, too.
They also sell bottles of wine for non-guests who wish to enjoy the charm and tranquility of the gardens or the hotel’s unique interior spaces. This is a smooth move by The Edison and they’ve forever won my heart with it!
