Did you know that some things in a hotel room are cleaned daily, while others are tended to on a rotational schedule that could see them being cleaned only a few times a year? There’s no way to avoid germ minefields anywhere in public but there are practices you can follow to stay safe. This is my list of the dirtiest places to avoid in hotel rooms AND a story about the time I brushed my teeth during a review in the company of a cockroach.
If I can offer up any advice that you’ll remember forever it’s to avoid jacuzzi bathtubs and kettles! They don’t appear on normal Top List of Dirtiest Places in Hotel Rooms but after watching my video you’ll see why they are top on my list.
