Manga manga, bellos!! When I saw local Italian expats at Tosca, I knew I was in for a real treat! Presided over by Executive Sous Chef Filippo Giunta, dining at Tosca at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is like taking a gastronomic tour of Italia, complete with deliciously paired wines from around the world. My favourite dishes of the night were the eggplant ravioli and the sea bass that is lovingly prepared in a pouch that seals in all the flavours Chef Filippo has pulled together for it. Come take a tour of the restaurant with me, and explore each dish as we take a look behind-the-scenes with the Chef as he plates up each masterpiece.
TIP: I’d suggest booking in advance and requesting one of the 3 booths set in back of the restaurant. Mine felt very private and romantic, it was perfect.
