I first discovered Pullman KLCC when my dear Aussie mate Lukas was in town on business. He shared that they’re the only hotel in town for him and after my first visit, full of fun cocktails and food, I knew I had to stay there. Turns out they have one of the largest non-suite club rooms, with wraparound views of Petronas Towers. Their Premier Executive Club Lounge offers up wonderful service. And there are lots of dining choices for guests, especially if you’re looking for Pan-Asian cuisine.
Honestly, it’s one of the most spacious Club rooms I’ve seen. There’s a great space to work, to chill out, and of course … there’s THAT VIEW! And the Pullman is starting to renovate the rooms so this one is going to get a sexy makeover shortly. The bathroom is large, I liked the amenities so much I almost nicked a couple, and that bath at night with a glass of Champagne is just what you need to wash the day away.
The room was in need of care in some spots but the G.M. shared with me that the hotel is about to begin refurbishments, which is exciting because they are already fabulous rooms … so I can’t wait to revisit once they’ve had a facelift!
Food & Drink
From sake perfectly paired with delicious sushi and tasty Japanese food at Enju and a hearty dim sum lunch at Tai Zi Heen, to the healthy mix of treats nightly at the Club’s cocktail hour … I enjoyed the culinary offering at Pullman KLCC. I didn’t go to the bar on this trip there but I have been on other occasions and I always loved the nightly entertainment and their mean margaritas!
Premier Executive Club and Lounge
While the Club Lounge is on the smaller side when it comes to Lounges in KL, Pullman is also one of the best at limiting access to just the Club members. Nothing’s worse than the hotels that have SO many club floors that the Lounge, even when it’s huge, becomes mayhem and packed all the time. I loved the mostly healthy options at their F&B team served there, and the very one-on-one VIP service you’ll receive by the staff.
The Spa by Pullman
Located just off the pool, The Spa by Pullman is a lovely haven to escape to for a bit of pampering and R&R. The menu is diverse and they have some treatments with a local flair that I look forward to trying next time. During this visit I chose an hour long reflexology treatment (what I prefer over a full body massage any day!) and it was just what I needed. The products and the therapist were top notch.
